Well to be honest I am a simple guy with no duplicity or materialism and live a happy way of life. I am outgoing personality, an extrovert and love to travel, socialize & explore nature. I would say I am religious, and practice as well as learn Islam as much as I can. This includes observing all obligatory acts, learning more about Quran (as well as memorise). hadith, Seerah of Prophet (pbuh) and other sources of knowledge. I usually prefer reflecting on knowledge I gained, discussion and exploration so I can internalise it and bring it in my life. Therefore I would prefer a companion who is willing to discuss and learn with me. As a person I would say, I am very open minded, down to earth, simple, and gentle but that is probably more for others to find and verify I would say :) I don't get angry very easily and am patient generally. I enjoy sports, going outdoors especially activities that get me amongst nature (like hill walking, long drive) and thereby remind me of Allah swt. I also enjoy cooking, shopping and meeting up with family/friends. I like children and am popular with all my friends kids - I like spending time with them and messing about :D I am usually spontaneous, random, playful, relaxed and adventurous. Asalam Alaikum, Originally my family is from Pakistan but we have been living in US for a quite a while now. I went to college here in the US. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. But I currently work in the IT/Telecommunication industry. Religion holds an important place in my life and I do not take the Ahkam of Allah and His prophet Salalhu Alhe wasalam lightly. I like to take religion as it was understood by the Sahaba RA which means no cultural jargon. I feel strongly against the innovation (Bid'ah) in the matters of religion and I would like to marry someone who has similar views. Even though I am a Pakistani by ethnicity, I feel closer to the Muslim identity than the ethnic or cultural identity. I am not particular about the race or ethnicity of my future spouse, as long as they are serious about religion and active in Islamic activities provided by the masjid or Musims, about which I am very serious. I am currently not considering anyone who needs a visa to stay in the country.
