My long term goals

Not sure about all of them yet but being a better person definitely one of them. I want to pursue a career in academics and research hence have taken up a PG Course this year and plan to do PhD from a foreign university. As of now my plan is to to take a good academic or research job outside India preferably KSA or Europe. Let's see what happens!!

Things I'm good at and enjoy

Public speech, thinking, explaining, keeping quiet, cooking,

The first thing people notice about me

Religiousness and maturity.

My family background and values

Everyone from my grandfather onwards were born in Mumbai but we originally came from some place in UP. My family is well respected in the local community specially my parents have a very good reputation of being nice and somewhat reserved people. I have never heard talks of casteism, racism and sectarianism from my parents and we believe in distinction based on merit only. My father is very loving and emotional person and my mother is one of the most dignified person I have ever met. My siblings are living separately in their own place, sisters with their husbands and a brother who has been on an international career for years. They usually keep to themselves.

What I love most about Islam

Pursuit of truth and happiness.

Things I'm looking for in a partner

Basically if u pray on time, observe proper hijab, can give me food on time, maintain the house and sensibly take care of our children (in all of which I intend to help if I can), I will be more than happy and do my outmost to make you feel as my queen. But the following is my idea of a good match. A partner in body and soul, who can assist me in pleasing my Allaah and to live a life like the Sahaabah Ra or atleast will sincerely give it a try. I would prefer to marry a revert and am open to an International match as worked in UK for 4 yrs. I dont want my wife to go out for work. I am very flexible in non-religious matters. Hijaab: Mandatory. If not currently observant then should be willing to do so after marriage even from a non mahram relative. I value honesty, responsibility, positive thinking very much. I understand nobody is perfect but I believe we should continuously strive to improve and not expect people just to be happy with whatever we do. RoC differs from person to person but will to act is all that I am looking for. Desirable traits in Zauj: Religious zeal, Hijaab observing, hard working, college educated, homely. Someone who wants to make a difference and leave a legacy. Someone who is understanding, caring and brings something to the table. Someone who would like to take long walks with me in the woods :)

You should message me if

I want to have a happy family which is an example to all and helps people in improving themselves. Please don't contact me if you live for yourself and think smartness is to get other people do your work or orchestrate undue benefits. I do expect my wife to take responsibility of household chores like cooking, cleaning, grocery, etc and would also help in it as much as I can. I am very committed and loving and don't think about myself over my loved ones even for a bit. Thus I don't want to have a toxic or lazy person in my life. If you are looking for a partner with whose help you want to do something with your life and leave a legacy for duniya and afterlife and you enjoy taking a long walk in the woods with a loved one then I may be the one.
