السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Islam is the beautiful religion and the truth. I take it very serious and strive to practice it in my life. And to keep improving myself always in every aspect. in following the beautiful teachings of Islam and to follow the sunnah of Muhammad ﷺ I love gaining knowledge about all things like nature, science, psychology, but here also counts that my priority is to learn Islamic knowledge. I memorize the Quran and study tafseer books of Ibn Kathir. Something that is very important is to not only memorize, but to act upon that which we learn from divine guidance. Abu ‘Abd al-Rahmaan al-Sulami said: Those who used to teach us the Qur’aan, ‘Uthmaan ibn ‘Uthmaan and ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood and others, told us that when they learned ten verses from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), they would not move on from that until they learned what was in them of knowledge and put it into practice. They said, so we learned the Qur’aan and knowledge and practice all together. Al-Hasan al-Basri said that Allaah did not reveal any verse but he wanted to learn concerning what it was revealed and what was meant by it. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Do they not then consider the Qur’aan carefully?” [al-Nisa’ 4:82] Beside this I am a very warm man, I love doing good and making people happy. But I am firm when it comes to matters of the deen. I do not let culture or family come above the truth of Islam. I love spending time with family and playing with kids. I love to travel and have spend my childhood traveling with my parents in various South East Asian and Middle Eastern countries. It has given me the opportunity to learn the good aspects of other cultures as well as good Islamic example put into practice. I hope to travel with my future wife and kids insha Allah. Since I know it is a very enriching experience, if done correctly. I love offering sunnah and nawafil prayers (qiyam al layl) and to observe volunt

Things I'm looking for in a partner

I am looking for a wife who really strives to be the best Muslima in the eyes of Allah. Who has knowledge about the religion and about taking care of the family. Someone who is not attached to culture but seeks the proper Islamic way and follows up on it. Someone who always prays and does voluntary prayers and also voluntary fasts. Who is willing to go the extra length of doing dawa, and sadaqa projects and support me doing this. Who is intelligent and can think with me to find creative ideas. Someone who is also not attached to the dunya, and knows materialistic things are not important. Who is willing to accept to live a simple live in a small house but filled with love and good conduct, without luxuries like having lots of clothes adornments or a tv. Only that which is needed in terms of materialistic things. Mu’adh ibn Jabal reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent him to Yemen and he said, “Beware of luxury. Verily, the servants of Allah do not live luxuriously.” Source: Musnad Aḥmad 21600 I also hope that my future wife is very affectionate as I am like this and value these little things a lot. I pray to be blessed with lots of children, and to give them love and a good Islamic education. For this it is very important for the parents to be a good example, and showing the good ways of the Sunnah, not only telling it. I expect my spouse to take health serious and take good care of herself but also the family. To keep an eye out to cook healthy and make a healthy environment for herself and the family. Currently I am living in Arnhem, Netherlands studying Science Bachelor, as soon as I obtain my university degree my intention is to make hijra to live in a land where we can practice Islam and raise children in an Islamic environment. My potential wife should be willing to join me here in the Netherlands for a few years and after that is willing to do hijra.
