Revert who knows Islam to be a truly holistic and completely organic way of life (artificiality and synthetic is idolatry and dajjalic). Conservative contemplative, open-hearted and open-minded. Life-long learner. Travel the inner and outer. A middle path moderate zuhid who sees every thought, word, and action as dhikrullah. Ponder and poeticize. Intuitive problem-solver. Ethics, calm, concentration are keys to all successes. Master yourself or be mastered by others. We are born to be free and protect the innocent. Tawba and tazkiya lead to justice.
My long term goals
I would like to be of benefit to the Ummah in this time of tribulation and transition, inshallah.
Things I'm good at and enjoy
I love to study all aspects of life and to contemplate nature and the Quran. I love learning stories of the anbiya (AS) and visiting places connected to them.
The first thing people notice about me
Calm and peaceful energy. When I was a child, an old man always said I have "a million dollar smile", but I don't know how that converts to dirhams and dinars as we'll use when the Imam arrives per tradition. If I get the big payoff, I plan to share it out, inshallah. Ha.
My family background and values
My fiesty Italiian grandmother always told me stories of the anbiya (AS). I loved them all, but would always ask to hear about Dawud and Daniel (AS). Eating and being together in nature is something my father and grandparents instilled in me.
What I love most about Islam
Islam is a holistic and completely organic way of living and has a tremendous untapped potential that I want to be a part of realizing, inshallah.
Things I'm looking for in a partner
Sincerity, devotion, a commitment to Truth and excellence in every aspect of life. She knows that "food is medicine" and whatever she prepares, she infuses love into the food she shares, according to the ancient ways. She knows, or seeks to know the truth of: "The gift of presence opens in this very moment, if we are truly here, aware." She is inspired by the Jibreel (AS) hadith. She is a "Khoresani of the Heart" like me. Together, hand-in-hand, may we cultivate a beautiful and blissful garden of loving light for our Lord's pleasure. We are garments for one another. We seek one another so that we can better seek Truth, together. The only hand I raise to my wife is to offer her assistance and to draw her near, as I am a loyal and devoted man.
You should message me if
you feel my heart resonate with yours through the words in this profile. Feel free to message me, if so. There is a very important precedent for this in our tradition and they had a beautiful monogamous marriage for 25 years before Allah called her blessed soul Home. "You never know, until you know."
