My self-summary
I’m a simple down to earth girl looking for someone like-minded to build a family with. I had an eclectic religious upbringing that opened me up to the world and to religious tolerance. I converted several years ago and while Islam is a daily presence in my life I have had my shares of ups and downs. My family is vital to me but did not convert, so any future partner must be able to mix well with them. I am a hardworking girl with a big heart. I adore my nephew and niece, creative outlets, planning my next holiday and, much to my shock, going to the gym. I have just started a new job in the aviation industry and am enjoying learning a new set of skills and meeting so many new people. I dislike negative, closed minds and while I would never be accused of being spontanious, I am at least flexible enough to go where life takes me. I believe in being authentic and while I have stumbled along the way (who hasn’t) I am learning to be truly comfortable in my own skin. Be forewarned I don’t own a TV, or veg out on netflex, I prefer more mentally stimulating passtimes.
